I have been supervising Counsellors for over 16 years. I have a Diploma in Casework Supervision (2002) and have had continuous experience of supervising both qualified and student Counsellors.

I believe that supervision is a relationship which can develop to be supportive and facilitate the Counsellors insight and professional development. Supervision should be in place to protect the client and the counsellor from potential harm and to develop the counsellors awareness in the art of Counselling.
